Nikos Karathanos, despite the young of his age, (he is 29 years old), has been awarded with a Michelin Star; having worked for more than 10 years in Spondi, Varoulko and Pil Poul among others.
Since 2008, he is the Chef de Cuisine of "hytra" and its Summer version "Galazia hytra" on Asteras Vouliagmenis Resort.
Nikos as a fun of Mediteranean Cuisine , has been trained with some of its best representatives, such as Martin Berasateaugi, San Sebastian, (3 Stars Michellin) and the 2 Stars Awarded Jacques Chibois, of La Bastide Saint-Antoine, Grasse.
